Does this sound familiar?

You got into your field because you felt passionate about direct client work, but you’ve found yourself stuck in a cycle of burn out, covered in red tape, and feeling less like you are making a difference and more like you are checking boxes. You want to get back into meaningful work (that doesn’t take over your whole life) but you don’t really know the first place to start when going out on your own.

You love direct client work, and it's really fulfilling when you think about the difference you can make in the lives of your clients, but you wish there was a way to do more. You’ve considered taking private pay clients, even just on the side, but you feel overwhelmed by the idea of starting a business.

You love the idea of becoming an IEP Advocate, but you feel like you don’t know enough about special education to really make a difference in this way. You’re open to learning more, but you don’t know what you don’t know.

It's time to Pivot.

After we work together to help you

Pivot into IEP Advocacy:

You will confidently start your own private practice IEP advocacy business and begin to transition out of the stressful work environment

You will learn and develop the skills of being an IEP advocate so you can serve your clients within your scope of competency and know where to turn for additional support

You will know how to find, maintain, and support IEP advocacy clients so that you can start building a business on a strong referral basis

You will develop efficient business systems so your time can be spent where you would like it to be rather than shuffling papers

You will have a mentor who has walked in your shoes and will support you in the journey so you feel seen, heard, and helped along the way

What Students Are Saying:

The burnout rate can be so high as a BCBA, and it was nice to learn more about an area where a BCBA can also successful. I never would have thought this would be a lucrative option since listing for advocates in the school district offer minimum wage.

The amount of downloads that were given, along with specific agencies to research, state guidelines, district information ahs been amazing.
